Town of Porter Board Hearing Minutes-April 17, 2006- 8:40 PM
Chairman Viney called the Hearing to order. Present were Viney, Fox, Hamilton, Sanderson, Towns, Sweeney, Jeske and 8 residents.
Agenda: (1) Zoning Change Application from A-1 to RR-1 for 15 acres, plus or minus in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 2 and the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 3 and split one (1) lot into two (2) lots for Mike Long, 8808 W. Stebbinsville Rd., Edgerton, WI. 53534.
Fox moved, Hamilton seconded to accept the Zoning Change listed as agenda item (1). Passed 3-0.
Fox moved, Hamilton seconded to adjourn the Board Hearing. Passed 3-0.
