Chairman Viney called the Hearing to order. Present were: Fox, Viney, Hamilton, Towns, Sanderson, Sweeney, Jeske and 9 residents.

Agenda:

1. Zoning Change request from Agriculture One (A-1) District to Rural Residential (RR) District for 1.6 acres in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 3 for Ione Tofsland, 5802 W. State Rd. 59., Edgerton, WI. 53534. Sell the parcel to Pat & Kelly Deegan for a home site. Sweeney, on behalf of the Plan Commission, recommended approval to the town board. Fox moved, Hamilton seconded to approve the zoning change request listed above as (1). Passed 3-0.
2. Zoning Change request from Agriculture One (A-1) District to Agriculture Three (A-3) District for 13 acres in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 2 for Janelle Pohlman & Garret Schumacher at 8446 w. Adolphson Rd.,Edgerton, WI. 53534. Split the parcel into 2 parcels. Sweeney, on behalf of the Plan Commission, recommended approval to the town board with the condition that the parcels stay zoned Agriculture. Hamilton moved, Fox seconded to approve the zoning change request listed above as (2) with the condition the parcels stay zoned Agriculture. Passed. 3-0.

Hamilton moved, Fox seconded to close the Hearing. Passed 3-0.
